Manpower Professional, on behalf of our client, a leading multinational Multi-Level Marketing company, is looking for an experienced National Sales Manager for Greece and Cyprus to contribute to the company’s sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organization and implementation of public company’s presentations, trainings, and events, all across the country. Strong in Delivering Targeted Presentations to Large Audiences
• Sales and Partners network data analysis, trends and results monitoring. Capable to analyze relevant trends by excel use and present them in a coherent way
• Performance and motivation management of company’s Network of Partners. Development of recruitment and retention rate and Partners productivity levels
• Training, Coaching and educate Partners to help them achieve higher qualifications
• Preparation and execution of yearly and monthly field sales action and activation plans
• Extensive travelling, development and implementation of effective sales and marketing strategies including business expansion plans to grow sales and market share

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Extensive knowledge of the local market and ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities
• Relevant experience of 4 years in sales in Multi-Level Marketing industry
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent education
• Excellent command of English language – German will be considered as additional asset
• Very Good Working Knowledge of MS Office

• Very strong communication, negotiation ,presentation skills
• Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
