Management Support Coordinator
to work with flexibility and cover maternity leave

What we expect you to do:

• Receiving visitors at the front desk and guide them properly
• Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Receiving and sorting daily mail
• Handle travel administration for all employees
• Hotel reservations per request
• Courier administration
• Office monthly supplies management
• Support General Affairs on various tasks, projects, events


Who you need to be to fit the role:
• A proven experience as Receptionist / Front Office Administrator or similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service orientation
• Graduate of a University or a Technical Institution
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
