ManpowerGroup is looking for travel agents on behalf our partner, a multinational company leader in the hospitality sector.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate should be able to assist Italian or German Speaking Customers regarding their accommodation issues mostly per e-mail, on -line chat. Moreover, the candidate should be able to communicate via telephone with customers to achieve the best possible services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and booking requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, by ensuring guest travel's services are properly provided, and proactively address customer's need and concerns.
• Report technical issues and customers’ complaints.

Requirements:

•Fluency in Italian or German (oral and written) is a must.
•Good command of English language.
•A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism and leisure) will be considered as an asset.
•Excellent communication skills and team mindset.
•Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
•Computer literacy.
