On behalf our client, a prestigious aesthetics center, we are looking for a confident individual with strong customer service orientation to fill the position of the Internal Sales Coordinator;

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the first point of contact to all new clients on the phone and on site for providing information regarding the specialized personnel and services offered
• Provide consultation on the available solutions proposed by the scientific manager/coordinator, responding to questions and giving clarifications
• Develop relationships with new prospects, initiate sales activity
• Maintain daily/weekly Reports

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree, in oral aesthetics or any other pharmaceutical sector is highly desirable
• At least 4 years of experience in Sales preferably in clinics/health centers, luxury cosmetics and premium services will be considered as a strong advantage
• Outstanding customer relations experience. Proven track record of sales success
• Fluent in English, written and spoken;
• Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); Experience in CRM will be an advantage.

• Committed to personal development, willing to learn new things
• Positive and pleasant personality. Professional and elegant appearance
• Customer Service, people-oriented person that will cover the customers’ needs end to end
• Takes initiatives and needs minimum supervision by managing the patient’s demands without by-passing doctor’s orders
• Highly energetic outlook with passion for over achievement
