On behalf of our client, a multinational company leader in its sector, we are looking for a Human Resources Director. This role plans, directs and coordinates the HR function to maximize its strategic contribution; supervises recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and is also responsible for all HR policies and processes, labor relations and regulatory compliance. This role is a strategic partner to the Managing Director and provides coaching and counseling to the senior management on all employee related matters.

_ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Formulates, recommends and implements the HR strategy in line with the business strategy and priorities; ensures the implementation of company's HR policy, including talent acquisition and induction, goal setting and performance management, talent development, employee engagement, etc.
• Acts as a strategic business partner to the senior management regarding key organizational and management issues; provides day to day consultation, advice and guidance to Operations Managers as necessary; cooperates with Regional and Country Management to ensure conformity to company’s regulations and processes.
• Establishes the HR budget, identifies current and future staffing needs, plans recruitment to meet the human capital needs and ensures efficient and timely execution of the recruitment plan.
• Analyzes monthly actual payroll cost and carries out salary / benefit comparative analysis; designs, develops and implements comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective for the company.
• Oversees the annual performance evaluation process and drives the talent management strategy, including training, development, and employee retention; works with the senior management to establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company.
• Develops the training policy, implements training and development standardized modules, redesigns, updates and enriches them as necessary. Conducts a cost / benefits analysis for the establishment and operation of a Training Academy and implements the Academy’s operation plan.
• Communicates and supports the corporate mission and strategic vision, while also identifies and promotes company’s employer brand, enriching and upgrading its entire social media footprint.
• Builds upon current corporate social responsibility activities to formulate a systematic and meaningful CSR approach.
• Acts as lead negotiator and/or assists Senior Management with union negotiations and the management of all employee relations.

_ CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Profound experience in strategic HR roles, covering most of the HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, people operations and employee relations
• Experience in the services industry will be appreciated
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration or other related field. An MBA or other Master’s degree will be considered an asset
• Extensive professional training; any professional certifications will be also considered favorably
• Excellent command of the English language
