What we expect you to do:
Gain a deep understanding of client needs for recruitment, staffing and payroll
To efficiently attract talented candidates and match with staffing / temporary or permanent positions
To draft job posts for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals
Use our Manpower methodology and tools to screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and match them with the needs of our clients
Advice to both clients and candidates on employment conditions, salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities
Deep dive into client eco system and contribute actively in generating new sales
Target potential clients and business decision makers and identify opportunities to growth
Detect avenues of business development with existing clients
Meet monthly and annual targets
Who you need to be to fit the role:
• Must have a minimum 3-5 years of experience in staffing / recruitment agency
A proven high performer with very strong drivers and great energy levels, that understands the key principals contributing to a high performing HR solutions team
Complete competency in delivering bespoke presentations and results to clients
Be able to work in a fast paced, transparent environment, autonomously, and with strong values upholding the company brand at all times
Customer focused & achievement orientated
Commitment to provide excellent quality work and build client relationships
Educated to degree level (highly desirable)
