* Strong acumen in onboarding new clientele
* A customer oriented professional to understand in depth of our client’s needs and priorities, to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
* An achiever of growth and hit sales targets
* A high caliber, focusing on how to enhance company’s customer base
* Ensure strong presence of the company through promoting company’s services with solid selling techniques
* A communicative and efficient connector between company’s BU and prospect clientele
* To be focused on the identification of emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of the market and its challenges
* Accountable for the feed-in of sales records
* Job role reports to New Business Development Manager

What core requirements are needed for the role:
* Successful previous experience 3+ years in services sales (preferably interacting with HR & Procurement departments)
* BS/MS degree
* Proven record of target exceeding and achievement
* Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate and influence credibly and effectively
* Proven ability to drive the sales process throughout
* Advanced business acumen and industry expertise
