ManpowerGroup Hellas, on behalf of its client, a global processor and merchandiser of food products, is looking for an Administrative Assistant, at Kryoneri, Attica.

This role is reporting directly to the Purchasing Director.

Περιγραφή

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The eligible candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Communicate with clients for providing information about company’s products.
• Organize products’ transport, communicate with customs and local authorities.
• Coordinate products’ imports from third countries
• Keeping the Purchasing Director’s agenda.
• Taking care of his Travel Arrangements.
• Compose business letters/documents/reports, etc.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University Degree or Secretarial Studies
• Fluent or Bilingual (preferable) in English
• Knowledge of Japanese will be highly appreciated
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Greek

COMPETENCES AND SKILLS

• Experience in a food-trading company is essential.
• Interest in Asian cuisine will be considered an advantage
• Experienced user of MS Office
• Knowledge of Soft1 software will be considered an asset
• Professionalism and responsibility in undertaking and completing the work assigned
• Team player with a customer-centric approach
• Organized with excellent prioritization skills and attention to detail
• Multi-tasker with the ability to work under pressure.
