ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a 4* Hotel and Resort in Crete, is seeking an experienced HR Manager who will undertake full HR Responsibilities for all four hotel units.

The job holder will be responsible both for the recruiting and the induction of new employees, along with the management and monitoring of any relevant employee data. The successful candidate should, also, have good knowledge of labor legislation and previous experience in hiring employees for various roles and seniority levels.

More specifically the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Organizing hiring plans of all departments for all 4 units of the hotel, based on the seasonal needs
• Searching, evaluating, interviewing and assessing candidates. The final decision is always in collaboration with the top management
• Organizing training programs for all hotel employees
• Monitoring of all employee’s attendance and their working schedules (including overtime, breaks and days off)
• Organizing of employee’s records, contracts, work permits and visas for the foreigners
• Providing payroll information by answering questions and requests
• Managing compensation and benefits plans
• Coordinating regarding the accommodation details when needed
• Overseeing and legislation compliance regarding Health and Safety regulations
• Completing Application Forms for OAED and elaborating weekly work tables (ERGANI)

Candidate Profile:
• Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Hospitality and Tourism Management or relevant field. An MSc title will be considered as an asset.
• At least 10 years of experience as an HR Manager in different industries or 5 years as HR Manager in Hospitality industry
• Availability and willingness to relocate in Crete
• Experience in conducting interviews
• Good understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Numerical and budgeting skills
• Hands-on and customer oriented
